Private estate management · Carmel · Zionsville · Fishers · Westfield   a founding-operator opportunity

Run the company. Own a real piece of it.

We're building the first credible private estate-management brand on the northside of Indy. We'll handle the brand, the systems, and the referral network. We're looking for one exceptional person to run it, grow the book, and build it as their own. Start lean, earn as it grows, own equity in what you build.

01The opportunity

An open market, an unfair head start

Affluent northside families have beautiful homes and no time to run them. Today they juggle a dozen vendors themselves. No local firm offers to hold all of it for them. You'd be first — with a founding team that removes the two hardest parts of starting: getting found and getting trusted.

The market

Real, verified demand

Hamilton County is Indiana's highest-income county. Tens of thousands of $200k+ households, custom homes up to $12M, documented wealth in-migration. The buyers exist — nobody's serving them end-to-end.

The gap

A category no one owns

The market is scattered across single-service providers — a concierge here, a home-watch there, organizers, movers. There's no one brand that says "we run your whole home." That's the opening.

The head start

You don't build it alone

The founding team brings the brand, the website and online presence, the operating systems, and warm referral relationships with builders, advisors, realtors, and clubs. You focus on clients and execution.

02The role

You are the company, at first — then you build the team

This is a build-it role, not a manage-a-machine role. You'll wear every hat early and grow into a leader of managers.

Months 1–6

Founding estate manager

Run discovery calls, sign the first clients, and personally deliver the service: coordinate vendors, handle projects and errands, quality-check work, be the one trusted point of contact. Write the playbook as you go.

The craft

Hold everything, quietly

Know each home, its vendors, its rhythms. The birthday party, the roof quote, the move, the pool guy who didn't show. Clients get one text: "handled." Discretion and trust are the entire product.

Year 2+

Build & lead the team

Once the book supports it, hire and train the second and third estate managers, systematize onboarding, and grow into running operations for a multi-manager firm you helped found.

03The deal

Start slow, earn as you grow, own what you build

This is structured so your income scales directly with the business you build, and so you end up an owner — not an employee. Exact numbers are a conversation; here's the shape.

Base
A modest, sustainable base to start, sized so the business can carry it while we launch lean. It steps up as client count and revenue hit milestones.
Earn as you grow
A meaningful share of revenue/profit (or per-client commission) on the book you build. The bigger the book, the bigger your cut — your upside isn't capped by a salary.
Ownership
Vesting equity in the firm over 3–4 years. You're building your own company with a founding stake, not just running someone else's.
What we provide
The brand and online presence, the operating systems and tools, startup guidance, and warm referral relationships. You're not starting from zero.
The trajectory
As the book grows, your combined base + share + equity is designed to surpass a normal salary. Early sacrifice, real long-term upside.
04Who we're looking for

The person who's quietly held everything — and wants to build

You've probably been the person a demanding principal, family, or business couldn't function without — the one who anticipates, organizes, and makes problems disappear before anyone notices. Now you want to build something of your own.

  • Background in hospitality, property/estate management, luxury real estate, or executive support
  • Obsessively organized, discreet, warm, and unflappable under pressure
  • Entrepreneurial — excited to build a book and a team, not just clock in
  • Trustworthy to the bone; comfortable with background checks, bonding, and NDAs
  • Rooted in or drawn to the northside Indy community and its referral networks
  • Willing to start lean for a real stake in the upside

Build the firm that handles it all.

If running — and owning — the first real estate-management brand on the northside sounds like the thing you've been waiting for, let's talk.
